Wash Your Hands, Atlanta!

This week is National Clean Hands Week. A study conducted by Harris Interactive for the American Microbiology Association and the Soap and Detergent Association was done in four cities: Atlanta, Chicago, New York and San Francisco. Researchers were stationed in public bathrooms to check on whether people washed their hand afterwards. The worst offenders were in Atlanta:

The worst hygiene was at Atlanta's Turner Field, where 37 percent of the men left the bathroom without washing and 16 percent of the women did. [AP]
