Storage Lust

whitecd24dr.jpg

This is a 24-drawer hardwood cabinet that holds 288 CDs. (I would require several.) It comes in oak, cherry and white, and looks like the wooden library card catalogs of yore.

Addendum: There's also a smaller version. I'm between the oak and the cherry.

Ooh! If only it wasn't so expensive. :(

Storage is key, isn't it? Looks nice. And I too would need more than one.

card catalogs...ahhhhhh...my favorite thing ever. i used to go to the library as a little girl just so that i can open the little drawers and pick through the cards. weird ;) huh?

i saw some of these at the antiques fair at lakewood ga...i don't know if they would fit cds. they would be great craft storage though.

*drools*

Ok, had to do the math...on paper - that's 12 CDs per drawer. Hmmmm? Oh yes, will need two. Unfortunately, can't afford a half of one; but they are lovely though. I want a white one!

Oh, the wanting! I have a little four-drawer card file, rescued from dead storage at one of my past libraries... I have yet to find the perfect use for it, but it's a gorgeous little wooden box with drawers. To have one for my CDs... awesome. But I'd definitely need 2.
