Just needed some sun and sand and seafood. And I didn't know it until I tried it, but cheesy grits casserole too. Will have to learn to make it.
It's good to be back, but waiting for various people to return my messages is such a pain.

You're lucky, you have the sea near...for us there is France, Swiss...Paris in a few hours. I sound like a snob, but I just miss the sea.

Actually, it's a couple of hours to get to any beach from here as well. In this particular case, it was a six-hour drive.
